Return Eligibility:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
  • Digital products, sale items, and gift cards are non-returnable.

Return Process:

  1. Contact Us: Initiate your return by contacting our customer service at contact@solstarmagic.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 2 business days with further instructions.
  2. Pack Your Return: Securely pack your items in their original packaging, including all accessories, inserts, and free gifts.
  3. Ship the Return: Ship your return using a trackable shipping method to the address provided by our customer service team. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges:

  • If you received a defective or damaged item and need an exchange, please contact us at contact@solstarmagic.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.

Return Shipping Costs:

  • Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
  • If you are returning an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

International Returns:

  • For international returns, please note that return shipping costs and any customs duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
  • We recommend contacting our customer service team to assist with the return process for international orders.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Digital products, sale items, and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.
